Chris Wierzbicki

Lions alumnus Chris Wierzbicki enters his second year as an 8U coach with the Nassau County Lions program. He returned to the Lions last season after a four-year stint coaching Pee Wee and Midget teams from 2014-2018.

Chris was a former Suffolk PAL Junior player and captain of the Farmingdale State College team.

As assistant coach for Bellmore-Merrick High School, Chris led the squad to the Nassau County Championship and Long Championship in the 2024-2025 season, and just last season, to the New York State Championship for the 2025-2026 season.
