Vincent DiMatteo

Vincent DiMatteo played the entirety of his youth hockey career with the Long Island Arrows, from 8U through 18U as a defenseman. He also played Varsity High School Hockey for the Wantagh/Seaford Baymen.

Throughout his time with the Arrows, Vincent assisted the organization’s coaches with their skills training clinics, helping young players develop fundamental hockey skills. He also assisted instructors in the Skate 2 Score Program, focusing on improving players' skating, puck handling, and shooting.

The 2023-2024 campaign was Vincent’s first season with the Nassau County Lions, and he is currently serving as Assistant Coach for the 16UAA team.

"My goal is to teach players teamwork, discipline, and dedication, as well as making the game fun while learning," said Vincent.
